Here at Littleover Apiaries we offer two distinct types of Set
Honey.
One
which tends to granulate quite hard and is Set Honey at its most natural and
basic. A real must for the honey aficionados, very light in colour and with
quite large granules.
The
second is one of our speciality honeys, our Soft Set Honey. This is more
buttery in colour and has a fine granule texture. This gives quite a creamy
consistency and makes it ideal for spreading, a real kids favourite.
